About Me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience. Over the years, my work has evolved and today, my work focuses on supporting women who feel anxious, uncertain, or misaligned - often during periods of transition, responsibility, or quiet internal unrest.

Many of the women I work with appear capable and high-functioning on the outside, yet feel disconnected, conflicted, or unsure of themselves within. They may be navigating changes in identity, relationships, work, or motherhood, and find themselves questioning who they are now and how to move forward with clarity.

My Background

Earlier in my career, I worked within the NHS and in educational settings, providing therapeutic and consultation services across a range of presentations and contexts. These experiences shaped my clinical grounding and deepened my respect for careful, ethical psychological work.

My private practice is now primarily online, offering therapy and therapeutic coaching to women across the UK and beyond. Alongside individual work, I facilitate structured group programmes and time-limited intensives for women who want focused, psychologically informed support without necessarily entering long-term therapy.

How I Work

While my experience spans many presentations, one theme has remained consistent throughout my work:
women don’t need fixing - they need space to realign.

Much of my approach is identity-led. I’m interested not only in symptoms such as anxiety or low confidence, but in the deeper questions underneath:

  • Who have you become in response to your life?

  • Which parts of yourself have adapted, been silenced, or outgrown?

  • What do you need now to live with greater integrity and ease?

My work is relational, reflective, and grounded in psychological understanding. I offer both depth and structure - whether through long-term therapy, short-term resets, or group work.

Working Together

I work with women who are thoughtful, reflective, and ready to engage honestly with themselves. If you’re feeling anxious, uncertain, or out of alignment, support doesn’t have to mean starting from crisis. Sometimes what’s needed is space - to pause, reflect, and recalibrate.
